Website terms
Last updated: August 2026
These cover use of this website. They are not the client agreement — that is a separate document, issued and signed before any work starts.
1. Who runs this site
This site is operated by PerformanceOS, an independent sole trader business established in England. Contact: support@performanceos.co.uk.
Our registered legal name and business address are provided on request by email, and are set out in full in the client agreement, which is issued and signed before any work starts.
2. What the site is for
The site describes our service and lets you book a free audit. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it is advice. A contract between us exists only when we have both signed our client agreement.
Prices shown are current at the date above and may change. Any price quoted to you is confirmed in writing at the end of your audit, before you commit to anything.
3. Figures shown on this site
Performance figures, scorecard examples and cost-recovery estimates on this site are illustrative. They are not predictions, and they are not a representation about what any particular account will achieve. Advertising results depend on the offer, market, competition, website, pricing and sales process of the business running them.
4. The audit
The audit is free and carries no obligation. To be useful it needs read-only access to your advertising accounts or two to three screenshots — without either it would be a conversation rather than an audit, and we will say so rather than waste your time.
What we tell you on the audit call is our honest professional assessment based on what we can see in the time available. It is not a guarantee, an appraisal, or a substitute for your own judgement about how to spend your money.
5. Availability
We try to keep the site up, but do not promise uninterrupted access, and may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
6. Our content
The text, design, structures and materials on this site belong to us. You may read and print pages for your own business use. You may not republish them, sell them or copy them systematically.
7. Not affiliated with the platforms
PerformanceOS is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or partnered with Google LLC or Meta Platforms, Inc. Product names and trade marks belong to their owners.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy. Our approach to working in one industry is set out in our Conflict & Exclusivity Policy.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
